The 2023 annual factory recognition conference was held in the multi-function hall of our factory on April 29. The conference aims to recognize the employees and teams who have made outstanding contributions in various fields in the past year, further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of all employees, and promote the sustainable and stable development of the factory. The conference was held in a warm and solemn atmosphere, and all employees participated.

This conference is divided into: excellent staff commendation, proposal summary commendation, 8S summary commendation. The winners covered many fields such as production, technology and management, which fully reflected the comprehensive development of the factory and the good situation of talents.
